Greg Raiten is not afraid of a little risk. When you work in venture tech law, risk is part of the deal. He’s a lot like that little guy in the classic NES game Excitebike, cruising over massive jumps, landing and driving hard to the next. He drove deals as a lawyer with two of the most prestigious tech law firms in the country, Latham and Gunderson. Then he was GC at VC firms 500 startups and FirstMark Capital, seeing many deals, working with founders and companies in growth mode. Greg saw the rise of the importance of data in those deals. Eventually he founded TechGC with good friend Kiran Lingam and the organization has grown into the top notch organizations and practical resources for tech general counsels.
